REFUND POLICY ON CUSTOM ITEMS
Custom items have the cost of any design work and file conversion/setup included in the cost. There are two stages to a custom order: Design and Production. An order cancellation may be requested if made prior to production of your order, however a $25 design fee will be deducted from the refund. Once production of your order begins, no refunds will be issued.
